Koji is a flavour company founded by two entrepreneurs, passionate about good food, food for good and believers in transformation.
We decided to lead the way towards creating an ecosystem where we can design, experiment and innovate to create the food of the future.
Founded by Juan Sebastián and Laura in 2020, they shared a passion for transformative food and belief in making a positive global impact sparked the creation of Koji.
Laura, a business expert with an MSc in Marketing & Creativity from ESCP Business School, and Juan Sebastián, a chemical engineer with an MSc in Biochemical Engineering at UCL, lead our dynamic team. Their combined expertise drives our commitment to harnessing the power of nature and science to deliver natural, complex, and authentic flavors.
